How does VivoBiome manufacturing reduce waste during production?

Traditional footwear manufacturing follows subtractive principles, where shoes are cut from large sheets of material, leaving behind excess waste that is often discarded.
VivoBiome takes a different approach - we use additive manufacturing, meaning each pair is created on demand, layer by layer, using only the materials needed for your custom-fit sandals. This process eliminates excess waste and ensures a more sustainable, precision-made product.
